Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused,we donot accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered with, opened or if the products have been used. If however, the packaging is still intact and is in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return/exchange.
Exchange of products will be accepted onlyunder the following circumstances:
1) In case the customer has received damaged / defective / wrong product.
(Green Bliss is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery)
2) In case customer ordered wrong product by mistake.

In case of “Damaged / Defective / Wrong product delivered”: We will bear the shipping charges. In all other cases the shipping expenses for reverse pickup as well as re delivery charges will be beard by customer.
(i) If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/walletin 4-10 working days.
(ii) For Cash On Delivery orders, Green Bliss will issue a cheque in the name of billing customer and dispatch to billing address or The Refund will be made through NEFT directly to customer’s bank account. For that customer need to provide their bank details which include the following information:
1) Name of Account Holder
2) Bank Name
3) Bank Account Number
5) IFSC Code
6) Contact Number
Once your return/exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
